Iranian American Community Group (IAC) a non-profit, non-religious and nonpolitical organization in association with 10 other organizations is pleased to announce our 10th annual Nowruz Festival, on March 24, 2024, in the Rose Garden at Bill Barber Community Park in Irvine.
The Nowruz Festival, a festival of Joy, Peace, and love for humanity, is a millennium old cultural tradition that celebrates the first day of spring at the exact time of the rejuvenation of the nature. This festival reflects rich Persian Iranian heritage, and this day is celebrated around the globe including the Governor Mansion, and the Whitehouse.
There will be live stage entertainment, traditional and folk dances, and music from across Iran’s countryside as well as food and drinks.
Like previous festivals, this year is an all-inclusive and free to public, organized and lead by IAC. We expect to have over 5000 attendees, and many representatives from local and state municipal government as well as community leaders.
